Vahterus Awarded International Employer of the Year 2026 Label

Vahterus has received the International Employer of the Year 2026 label in recognition of its efforts in international recruitment and in building a multicultural workplace.

This year’s award recipients were recognised by Minister of Employment Matias Marttinen at the Talent Boost Summit, held at Finlandia Hall on 7 October 2026. A total of 92 companies entered the competition, organised by Junior Chamber International.

“International recruitment is a key part of Vahterus’ growth strategy. This award is an important recognition of our work to develop international recruitment and build a truly diverse workplace.
