Vahterus has acquired Khimaira Kiinteistö Oy

We are pleased to announce, that on 1.2.2024, Vahterus acquired all shares in Khimaira Kiinteistö Oy.

This means that we now own Khimaira's 5,600 m² industrial property (shown in the picture below). The new property is on Teollisuustie Street, where we have our main production facilities, located next door to Siperia Hall, the site of our recently opened R&D Test Center.

The acquisition is one step in our strategy of growing our production and operations towards a 200 million euro target.
