Season's Greetings 2023

Dear partners,

It’s been a bad year for global stability, with more pointless war and wide-scale destruction of innocent lives. We never seem to learn from our mistakes.

But in the heat-transfer world, it’s been a very positive year of strong growth. More and more energy savings have been achieved through more and more innovations in different processes.

The reports show that the growth in our industry has been over 7%. In our case, the growth has been even higher and our factories have worked at full capacity throughout the year.

Thank you, our valued partners, for keeping us busy. The order books are heavy. Unfortunately this has meant longer delivery times than usual and we’re grateful to you for your patience.

To solve this challenge, we’ve added more employees both to our offices and to manufacturing. For the first time, we’ve focused on finding new production workers from outside Europe, for example from the Philippines, South Africa, Kenya and Cameroon. The experience has been very positive: this hard-working international talent brings positive energy to the group, and learning happens in both directions.,

Also, we’ve made large investments not only in equipment, but also in digital development in order to improve our processes. And these heavy investments will continue in the next two to three years. Our goal is to double our capacity in four to five years’ time, and next year, we aim for 20% growth.
