Key Account Manager (German-Speaking)
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic and international team, specifically someone with an understanding of the German market and fluency in German. In this role, you’ll work closely with valued customers, combining your technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to deliver innovative sustainable solutions and exceptional service.
What we’re looking for:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with an international network of customers and internal experts. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while developing tailored solutions that meet and exceed customers’ expectations. With your excellent collaboration skills and fluency in German and English, you’ll navigate complex projects and relationships seamlessly.
Your customers are your top priority, and you’ll thrive on building trust, driving results, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Your daily work will consist of:
Building and managing relationships with customers with a particular focus on the German market.
Leading the entire sales process for your nominated accounts, from initial contact to lifecycle support.
Collaborating with customers and internal teams to develop innovative applications and solutions.
Organizing and participating in seminars, trade fairs, training, and customer events.
Educating clients about our products and technologies, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Regular visits to current and potential customers to nurture trust and understanding.
We are working in a hybrid model, so remote work is possible, however, we expect regular presence in our offices in Kalanti, Raisio, Helsinki or Frankfurt region. As our production site is in Kalanti, being there periodically will keep you close to the product and enable cross-departmental collaboration.
We expect you to have
An understanding of the German market and its specific business practices.
Fluency in German and in English. Other additional languages are a strong advantage.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e.g. Engineering or other suitable major.
A goal- and solution-oriented, innovative approach to technical challenges.
An proactive, result-driven and hands-on approach to sales, product and process development.
A strong customer service mindset where customer is your top priority.
A few years of experience in technical equipment or application sales, pressure vessels or the heat-exchanger industry.
